Terms and Service

Welcome to Lawn Care Website Design. By using our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Ownership of Website
    If we register the domain and create the website, the website remains the property of LawnCareWebsiteDesign.com. You can use the website for your business as long as you have an active monthly subscription. If you want to acquire the website from us, then you can contact us. We can definitely transfer the ownership of the whole website & domain, but for that additional charges will apply. 
  2. Existing Domains
    If you already have a domain, then we can host the domain on our hosting, and we’ll build the website on your domain. So, once you cancel the subscription, we’ll disconnect your domain from our hosting. However, the website design created by us will not be transferred. We’ll keep the design, and you can host your domain to other services and build your website from scratch. 
  3. Payment Terms
    Monthly subscription fees will be due on a specified due date on which both parties will agree. If payment is not received within 15 days after the due date, your website will be discontinued from our hosting. This subscription works on a month-to-month basis, which’ll allow you to cancel it at any time without long-term contracts.
  4. Unlimited Changes
    Your subscription includes unlimited changes related to business operations, such as phone number updates, image additions, and testimonials. For those changes, you have to provide the necessary content. However, changes to website structure or layout is not included and if you want us to make any design changes, then it’ll cost you extra based on our hourly rate of $30.
  5. Content Ownership and Copyright
    You guarantee that any text, graphics, photos, designs, trademarks, or other artwork that you provide us for the website design or marketing are owned by you or you have the permission to use them. You’ll become the owner of any text content or graphic images or videos created by us for your project. However, we will retain the ownership of website design, HTML, CSS, or any other design-related elements. 
  6. Portfolio Rights
    We will reserve the right to showcase your website in our portfolio and for promotional purposes. It can be website, graphic images or videos, marketing results we achieve, or any other work that we’ll do for you.  However, we will not disclose any confidential information about your business.
